The right to object to processing

Since we process your personal data within the framework of our powers as a supervisory authority, i.e. in order to fulfil our duty in the public interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You can read more about this right here.

The right to data portability

This applies only to the data you have given us. You have the right to request that we transfer the data you have given us to another entity or to give it to you. This right can be exercised only if we process information on the basis of your consent or for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract and the processing is automated. You can read more about this right here.

The right to complain about the processing of your data by the Authority

We follow high standards for the processing of your personal data. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us at dpo@dpa.gr either to exercise your rights (access, objection, etc.) or to request information and we will reply to you.

If you remain dissatisfied with the way we process your personal data, you can submit a complaint to us as the supervisory authority of Greece. To do this, click here.

Complaints against the Authority shall be treated in the same way as a complaint concerning any other controller. For information on how the complainant’s information is processed, please consult the relevant section of this information.
